Scotland Build are working in partnership with The Glasgow Institute of Architects to create a zone in which you can explore Scotland's fascinating architectural designs and see how the process of building and design has developed over time.
GIA who work closely with The Festival of Architecture will be showcasing all of their projects that have been touring with the festival of architecture over the past year.
The Architects Zone is set to present diverse projects carried out for the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland & the Festival of Architecture 2016. The exhibition is inspired by the thrill of unpacking, a metaphor of the enthusiasm and exhilaration of the Festival of Architecture 2016. Large format photographs will be mounted onto cardboard boxes and arranged as a large pixelated rock formation to be navigated & explored by visitors of the event.
The zone will also feature a pechakucha type event at 3pm on the 23rd of November - details of speakers and topics TBC.
