Alison is a partner in Addleshaw Goddard LLP and head of the Scottish non contentious construction team. She has practiced construction law for over 20 years and is a Law Society of Scotland accredited specialist. She is dual qualified (Scotland and England & Wales) and sits on the Chartered Institute of Building’s Contracts and Procurement Special Interest Group committee.
Alison regularly acts for developers, investors, funders in relation to the drafting and negotiation of forward funding/purchase and development agreements, construction contracts, professional appointments and associated ancillary documents for major development schemes across a variety of sectors including health, education, energy, transport, commercial and large scale residential development.
