Jackie is currently Director of Property Development & Initiatives at Wheatley Group, Scotland’s largest housing and care provider. She has over 20 years of experience in the affordable housing sector, mainly spent in delivering affordable and mixed tenure development. Over the past 2 years she has led Wheatley Group’s development team through a period of unprecedented growth, with the group named the U.K’s largest developer of social housing for two consecutive years running (Inside Housing Magazine).Prior to joining Wheatley Group in 2016, Jackie spent over a decade in senior roles within Glasgow City Council’s Development & Regeneration Services, playing a lead role in the delivery of a number of large scale mixed tenure regeneration projects including the Commonwealth Games village, Laurieston Transformational Regeneration Area and Garthamlock New Neighbourhood. Wheatley Group are currently on target to deliver over 4,500 new homes by 2021 across Scotland.
