Jan read history at Cambridge. Her career to date has spanned front line operational, transformational change, strategic business partnering and organisational development roles in Barclays, BP, LogicaCMG and the Cabinet Office. In her current role Jan has responsibility for Kier’s strategy to attract and develop talented people, from school leavers to senior leaders, with the widest diversity of backgrounds and experiences. Her team supports the business to create an inclusive, agile and innovative workplace.
