Senior BREEAM Engineer - Ramboll
Mairi joined Ramboll in March 2011 as a BREEAM Assessor. She has over 20 years experience in the industry in both technical and managerial positions and she has a keen interest in sustainability. Mairi has substantial experience as the BREEAM Assessor on a number of projects including offices, embassies, schools, and multi residential buildings which aim to achieve ‘Very Good’ or ‘Excellent’ ratings.
Mairi is an accredited BREEAM Assessor and is licensed under BREEAM NC 2011. She has also recently been invited by the BRE to become an Associate Member of the BRE Academy.
Mairi is also a licensed Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor.
Mairi has recently become a licensed BREEAM Communities Assessor. BREEAM Communities is a simple and flexible route to improving, measuring and certifying the sustainability of large-scale development plans. It provides a framework to support planners, local authorities, developers and investors through the masterplanning process, before embarking on procurement, detailed building level design and construction.
Mairi is currently undertaking her training to be a WELL Assessor.
